Description:

Purple’s a Must is made from the milk of alpine grazed cow and goat herds.  Aged in Piemonte cellars for five months then drowned in Barolo wine for two months, blue veining occurs during advanced ripening in both the surface and the body.  This cheese requires a robust pairing of red wine or grape jelly and should be enjoyed with its edible grape rind.
