Caprice is a delicate surface ripened goat cheese.  It is made from partially skimmed goat’s milk in the Lombardy region of Italy.  The curd coagulates in 18hrs and is hand-scooped into forms, drains for 36hrs then is aged for 8-10 days.

Suggested Wine Pairings:

Pair it with a crisp white wine or cider.
