Sheep and Cow


Bootlegger is a hard, aged sheep and cow’s milk cheese.  Aged for 2 years in the Valcasotto cellars of Piemonte, in the second year the forms are enrobed in barley malt and whiskey or grappa infused fruit.  It has a strong floral flavour and should be served with whiskey and other distilled spirits.
