Fifth Town partnered with 109 year old village cheese dairy, Black River Cheese Company to create a Premium Goat Milk Cheddar that has already won an award at the American Cheese Society 2009!  This mild cheddar is flavourful and complex even at a young age.  It is made from 100% Prince Edward County fresh goat milk (No dried milk ingredients). It is aged naturally. And, it is never goaty.  It is available in both 200g and 350g pieces.
