Projects Green Toronto: May 29-June 12

The Toronto Festival of Architecture and Design 2006 includes an exhibition of contemporary green building design. FT invited to participate.

Come Celebrate Architecture & Design

The Festival of Architecture and Design is an annual festival that identifies and celebrates the architecture and design of Toronto. During the month of May, Toronto’s architecture and design will be showcased to the local public and to visitors by the City and its many partners. The Festival will feature exhibitions, films, symposiums, lectures, walking tours, readings, book launches, award celebrations and dinners. The finale is Doors Open Toronto which is held during the last weekend in May.

One special part of the festival this year is PROJECTS GREEN TORONTO.  This exhibition is focused on sustainable architecture. And we are extremely proud of the fact that Fifth Town’s building project (also a registered LEED Project) was invited to exhibit.  While FT will be built in Prince Edward County, our architect, Francis J. Lapointe is based here in Toronto.

If you are interested, the exhibition runs from May 29th-June 12th at the ART SQUARE GALLERY at 336 Dundas Street West (Across from the AGO).
