And we were delighted! Thank you to all our supporters! This year we offered Bonnie & Floyd and our Premium Goat Cheddar. But the belle of the plate was BJ’s Pumpkin Chevre Tart!
This year we offered Bonnie & Floyd and our Premium Goat Cheddar. But the belle of the plate was BJ’s Pumpkin Chevre Tart! The Pumpkin Chevre Tarts were made with fresh, locally grown pumpkin (no! not the canned stuff!) and Plain Jane Chevre. BJ and Melissa made over 700 of the tarts! They were gone in 4 hours!
