FT Wins 2010 Top Specialty Cheese Maker Award
For the 3rd year in a row, the FT team was awarded the Finica Foods Specialties Award at the 83rd British Empire Cheese Competition for cheese maker who had highest aggregate score in goat and sheep milk classes. Bonnie and Floyd was highest scoring cheese overall and won first place in the Artisan Sheep class…and Wishing Tree won 3rd prize in the same class. Other awards included 2nd prize in Open Sheep class for Bedda Fedda, 2nd prize for Cape Vessey in Artisan goat class, followed by a 3rd prize for Operetta in same class.
