FT at the American Cheese Society!
FT is at the American Cheese Society Conference again this year! And what a conference it is! Over 1348 entries into the competition in 104 categories, over 1100 attendees, and over 52 seminars all focused on the art of cheese making! This could be heaven on earth! At least for cheese makers!
