Fifth Town at the British Empire Cheese Show
Fifth Town scooped up a load of prizes at the venerable British Empire Cheese Show held in Belleville on December 4th.
The less-than-one-year-old dairy won top prizes in the Open Goat Cheese, Artisan Goat Cheese and Artisan Sheep Cheese. The winning cheeses were Lighthall Tomme (Open Goat Cheese), Petal Luna (Artisan Goat Cheese) and WIshing Tree (Artisan Goat Cheese).
