PEC Slow Food Dinner at Harvest
Join us on Thursday, November 16th for a potentially defining moment in realm of culinary pleasures and good company.
Together with his wife Karin, chef Michael Potters will present a three course meal paired with County wines (with the assistance of slow food member Catherine Langlois) that will follow the good, clean and fair manifesto of quality according to slow food.
We will have several guest speakers paired with each course and several surprises in store! Tickets for Slow Food members are $85 (taxes and gratuities included) and $100 for non-members.
