FT and Capricorn View to Host Gr. 1 Albert College Students!
If you want to truly appreciate cheese, you have to know how it’s made.
So FT and CV will be hosting 14 Grade 1 students from Albert College on May 30th. The curriculum for the field trip will include explaining how goats are cared for on a farm, environmental measures taken to ensure a good clean environment for the animals, and of course a milking demonstration. Students will have their pictures taken with a goat! And students will be taken through the steps of the cheese making process. (We will try to keep the chemistry part to a minimum!).
