Artisan Cheese: A Revival in the Making

The Ontario Cheese Society will be holding its second annual conference on Friday, March 24!

the Conference will feature amazing speakers on Artisan Cheese and session include topics such as “Raw Milk Cheese: What Every Professional Needs to Know” and “From Farm to Fork: Issues and Challenges”.  For more information on the conference agenda and how to register, visit the Ontario Cheese Society website at www.ontariocheese.org

The Ontario Cheese Society is holding its conference in conjunction with the Toronto Wine & Cheese show.

The Toronto Wine & Cheese Show is well known and attracts over 35 000 visitors each year.  However, over the years, it has also become known as a show that has lost its gourmet audience however that is all about to change.  In 2005, Metroland (TorStar) bought the show and they are feverishly working away to re-position the show.  Their goal is to make this show the top wine and cheese show for serious and aspiring gourmet wine and cheese connaisseurs. Visit their website for more information at www.towineandcheese.com and watch for more news about participation from the Ontario Cheese Society.
