HOW TO BECOME A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER (Discounts range between 20-40% depending on order volume)
To become a wholesale customer, please call our Business Manager (Silvia Botnick) and request an application form. Please note that when you purchase direct, shipping costs will apply. Credit references required to set up a wholesale account. First order must be paid by credit card or cheque at time of order. Discounts scales are based on order volume. Wholesale accounts may also pick up at the Fifth Town store.
WHOLESALE ORDERING

It is best to get your order in by Monday or Tuesday noon to guarantee delivery by end of the week. Note that we need 48 hours notice to complete large orders.
Toronto orders are delivered on Thursdays.
ORDER DESK
Order desk hours are Monday-Friday, from 9am -3pm. If you email or call an order in over the weekend, it will be picked up 9am Monday Morning. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 hours of opening Monday morning, please call us.
HOLIDAY MONDAYS
Please note order desk is NOT OPEN on Holiday Mondays. Orders need to be in on Tuesday 9am in that case.
