FT Achieves Local Food Plus Certification!

We are pleased to announce that we are now LFP (Local Food Plus) certified which means all our farms and the dairy have met requirements set out by LFP guidelines. FT Releases its first County Feta!

FT’s interpretation of traditional greek feta cheese, Bedda Fedda, is now available. It is made exclusively from County milk! We have two varieties available: Creamy and Traditional.  Available only at the FT retail store and Pinch Gourmet in Picton for the time being!

JK Kitchens & Slow Food The County to Cater Annual Hillier Fish Fry Event

Each year, the community of Hillier holds a fish fry to raise money for the community centre. This year, the event (Saturday, June 21st) will be catered by JK Kitchens and Slow Food The County!

Meet our Lead Cheese Maker!

Stephanie Diamant joined Fifth Town in ‘07.  With 8 years of cheese making to her credit, many can’t wait to see what the Fifth Town line up of cheeses will be for the launch!
