FT Retail Store Re-Opens for the Season!
Good news! Our retail store will open for the season on Wednesday, March 3rd. We will be open Wed-Sun from 10-5pm. We will be sampling our new single note cow milk cheese and looking for your feedback! Also, Cape Vessey is back! And, our sheep milk producers are starting to milk again! So we will be making Lemon Fetish and other sheep milk cheeses -fresh from early spring milk! Hope to see you soon!

FT STORE HOURS FOR JANUARY/FEBRUARY
Our retail store is closed for the month of January. We will be happy to serve at our store during the month of February on Monday-Friday from 10-4pm. The retail store will be open the weekend of Feb 13/14th for Valentines Day and Family Day holiday. Hope to see you soon!
FT’s Cape Vessey wins Grand Champion Specialty Cheese Award
Cape Vessey, known to us at FT as “the little cheese that could” took top honours at 2009 British Empire Cheese Compeititon held Thursday, Nov. 26th.
ISABELLA A GRAND CHAMPION!
