FT at the American Cheese Society!

FT is at the American Cheese Society Conference again this year!  And what a conference it is!  Over 1348 entries into the competition in 104 categories, over 1100 attendees, and over 52 seminars all focused on the art of cheese making!  This could be heaven on earth! At least for cheese makers! Stay tuned for FT updates on this website, Facebook, Twitter and Linked In!

County Wine and FT Cheese Tasting Seminars

Last Saturday tasting seminars will take place on September 4th at 1 adn 3pm. Only 25 seats per session. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment! Note FT is open on Labour Day Monday from 10-5pm.
