Construction is well underway at the dairy! We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone that made it out to the dairy since we re-opened in May. Our retail store is now closed for the season. Stay tuned for updates about production. See you in the spring!
So many exciting things are happening around Prince Edward County this November! Countylicious is back from November 1st-24th. Come out and enjoy a three-course prix fix menu at any one of the ten participating restaurants. We will be at the store to meet your cheese needs Thursday 10-4, and Friday-Sunday 10-5, Closed Monday-Wednesday.
Our shop is open Sunday-Thursday 10-4 and Friday-Saturday 10-6. Saturday October 5th and 12th at 1pm, we will continue with our guided Wine and Cheese Pairing. To join us, call the dairy and make a reservation.
Fifth Town and 66 Gilead Distillery will be collaborating on a unique tutored pairing session, this Saturday Aug 17th, under the Fifth Town pavilion. The pairing will feature Fifth Town cheese paired with some of the fine distilled spirits crafted in Prince Edward County at 66 Gilead. The pairing is at 1pm and tickets are $20.
