Cheese Maker For A Day Workshop in March!

The popular Cheese Maker For A Day workshop will be held Thursday, March 19th from 8:30am-3:30pm.  Seminar fee is $175/pp and includes wine & cheese lunch and the opportunity to take home your own wheel of cheese to age! For more information, please send us an email or call.

British Empire Cheese Competition & NEW Winner’s Circle Festival

This is the oldest cheese competition in Canada (In its 81st year).  And this year, the event will feature a Winner’s Circle Cheese & Wine Reception which will be open to the public for the first time. Hold the date: Dec 4th and read on for details.

FT Site Visit/Open House

Due to the considerable interest in the green building aspects of the construction project, FT is pleased to offer an open house on September 29th from 2-6pm. Visitors are invited to join us for light refreshments in tented area on the site. Followed by brief presentations on highlights of our green building project.  Guided tours of the facility will also be offered.
